We are celebrating our 6 year anniversary with one of our amazing fun filled traditions. Field Day! Bringing fun into fitness with games, relay's, tug of war, three legged races and more. Bring your friends and family. Kids are encouraged to participate. All proceeds will go to new equipment for our fitness studio. And you will also qualify for a change to win a personal training package, 1 month of semi group training or 1 month of online coaching! Water & Snacks Provided
