Bring your children to a safe space where they can seek mindfulness, learn yoga and the fundamentals of exercise, the benefits of healthy habits and most importantly bring the fun into fitness! Parents are encourages to participate!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24 hours of scheduled date. Any missed appointments without proper communication will be considered as a new consultation appointment with $25 booking fee.
